Just want to leave your current location and take yourselves to the great state of TEXAS?  We don't blame you!

Is this a pleasure move, retirement, or corporate move? We can certainly help with all of those. Let's break them down by "type" so that you can get a pretty good idea on how to plan your move.

A Pleasure Move

Need to plan?

Okay, you WANT to take the leap! Ask yourself:

  • Do I have any connections in the state?
  • Can I get employment before I actually make the move?
  • What is my real motivation?

Step #1

If you need to sell your current home, we can help with that too! We have many Real Estate Agents all over the US and Internationally that will help you sell your home.

Step #2

Getting a home long distance!

Decision time!

Do you rent or purchase right away? A good real estate agent can help you with that decision by discussing all your options. Sometimes it depends on your employment if you need to get a loan. Having that discussion with an experienced real estate agent will help you tremendously.

A Retirement Move

  • Live close to a lake?
  • Live close to the ocean?
  • Want a little snow in winter, but not too much?
  • Golf?

There are many choices in this great state of Texas.  Let us help you in your plan to move.
